REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns only if the item is damaged or not as described.

We accept exchanges within ten days (Postage at buyers expense) 

PLEASE EMAIL US before sending anything back for return or exchange to confirm. :)

Please note we only make small quantities, so please contact us immediately if you need a different size before sending back! :)

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

We also offer FLAT RATE shipping!

All packages are sent with SENDLE. 

Door to door courier.

We do not offer express, however our postage company is 100% CARBON NEUTRAL!

We also use cardboard or 100% COMPOSTABLE mailers. (NO PLASTIC)

If you really need your package expressed please email us as we can possibly make an exception :)

Tracking will be emailed to you once your item has been picked up.

Highrack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 

The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 

The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Highrack marked as unclaimed or incorrect address.

Highrack does not offer free shipping back to the customer, but we will of course re send at buyers expense. 

Highrack IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS SYSTEM.

Unfortunately Highrack cannot be responsible if you get charged extra to collect your parcel, however this is rare :)
